1.5. “The Courier Guy” refers to The Courier Guy South Africa, our designated logistics and shipping provider.

1.7. “Consumer Protection Act” refers to the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA).

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.  

3.3. If you suspect any unauthorized access, please notify us immediately.  

3.4. Shopify’s platform may impose its own security measures and policies related to account access and data storage.

4.1. All products listed on our Website are subject to availability.  

4.2. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without prior notice.  

4.3. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and pricing are accurate, but errors may occur. If an error is identified, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

 5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

5.1. Prices displayed on our Website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT), unless stated otherwise.  

5.2. We accept the following payment methods via Shopify’s payment processors:  

   - Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)  

   - EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)  

   - PayFast, PayPal, or other Shopify-supported payment gateways  

5.3. Shopify and third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees and terms.  

5.4. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

 6. AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS (IF APPLICABLE)  

6.1. If you subscribe to a recurring payment product or service, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the designated intervals (monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.).  

6.2. You may cancel subscription services before the renewal date to avoid further charges.

 7. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

7.1. We use The Courier Guy South Africa as our logistics and shipping provider.  

7.2. We currently offer nationwide delivery within South Africa only.  

7.3. Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and delivery method.  

7.4. Estimated Delivery Times:  

   - Main Centres: 1-3 business days  

   - Regional Areas: 3-5 business days  

   - Remote/Rural Areas: 5-7 business days  

   - Delivery time estimates do not include processing time.  


7.5. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy:  

   - It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.  

   - If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, a re-delivery fee may apply.  


7.6. Risk and Ownership:  

   - Risk and ownership of goods transfer to the customer upon delivery as per The Courier Guy’s terms.  

   - If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with The Courier Guy; however, we are not responsible for courier delays or losses beyond our control.  


7.7. Tracking Orders:  

   - Customers will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.  

   - Orders can be tracked via The Courier Guy’s website [https://www.thecourierguy.co.za/] using the provided tracking number.  


7.8. Damaged or Missing Parcels:  

   - If your parcel arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.  

   - Claims for missing or damaged parcels will be processed according to The Courier Guy’s compensation policies.

 8. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND WARRANTY  

8.1. Customers may return unused goods in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.  

8.2. Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been inspected.  

8.3. If a product is defective or faulty, notify us within 6 months of purchase under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).  

8.4. Customers must cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

 9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & SHOPIFY INTEGRATIONS  

9.1. We may use third-party applications such as Shopify apps, PayFast, and PayPal.  

9.2. These services have their own terms and we are not responsible for their actions.

10.1. We comply with POPIA and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.  

10.2. Customer data is collected only for order processing and marketing (if opted in).
