How to use
Dissolve a pinch of good salt (sea salt or Himalayan salt) and xylitol (a natural sugar substitute) in warm water.
Fill your neti pot with the salt/xylitol solution.
While leaning over the sink, tilt your head sideways and pour the solution into the top nostril, allowing it to flow out through the bottom nostril (breathe through your mouth during this step).
Repeat on the other side.
