100% pure bergamot oil with a sweet, sophisticated citrus scent (it's the flavour in Earl Grey tea). It's uplifting and calming at the same time.
How to use it
- Diffuser: 3–5 drops for a bright but relaxed mood.
- Blends: pairs beautifully with lavender or frankincense.
Safety
- Strong sun sensitivity: bergamot on skin can cause burns, blisters or dark patches in sunlight. Avoid sun and sunbeds for 12 hours after any skin use, or keep it to the diffuser.
- Don't apply undiluted. Patch test first.
- Not for internal use. Keep out of the eyes and out of reach of children.
- Pets: citrus oils are toxic to cats and dogs. Only diffuse in a ventilated room they can leave.
