Pure frankincense oil, the 'king of essential oils', with a warm, woody, resinous scent. It's used for centuries in meditation and loved in skincare.
How to use it
- Meditation or yoga: 3–5 drops in a diffuser.
- Skincare: 1–2 drops in your face oil or night cream.
- Massage: mix into a carrier oil first.
Safety
- Don't apply undiluted. Use about 3–4 drops per 10ml of carrier oil, and patch test first.
- Not for internal use. Keep out of the eyes and out of reach of children.
- Ask your doctor before using if you're pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication.
- Pets: keep away from cats and dogs. Only diffuse in a ventilated room they can leave.
