How to use it
- Diffuser: 3–5 drops while you work or study.
- Hair and scalp: 3–4 drops in 10ml of carrier oil (such as jojoba or coconut). Massage into the scalp and wash out.
- Shampoo: 1–2 drops in your shampoo.
Safety
- Don't apply undiluted. Patch test first.
- Not for internal use. Keep out of the eyes and out of reach of children.
- Avoid if pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have epilepsy or high blood pressure.
